Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We decide together: free remake, partial refund, or full refund. No back-and-forth, no fine print.

What isn't covered

• Normal wear after months of use.
• Damage from tumble drying or hot washing (see care instructions).
• Changing your mind about the image you uploaded (see order adjustment for early changes).
