What material are the pillows?
Soft brushed polyester on the front for a photo-quality print, cotton-blend back, and a hypoallergenic polyester fibre filling. Machine-washable at 30°C.
What image works best?
A well-lit photo with the subject clearly separated from the background. Portraits, pets and full silhouettes all work great. Minimum 1500×1500 pixels recommended.
What sizes do you offer?
Small (25 cm), Medium (40 cm), Large (60 cm). Sizes refer to the longest side of the custom shape.
How long does it take?
Production: 3 to 5 business days. Delivery: 3 to 5 business days in Europe. Total: about 1 to 2 weeks door-to-door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Europe, UK, US and Canada. Delivery times outside Europe are usually 7 to 10 business days.
How do I clean my pillow?
Cold machine wash (30°C) on a delicate cycle, inside a laundry bag. Air dry only — no tumble dryer. The print stays sharp for years.
Can I return a custom pillow?
Custom items aren't returnable by law, but our happiness guarantee covers you: if there's an issue with the print, shape or quality, we remake or refund.
