It's usually just a small hiccup. Here's how to find it — or get a new one.
1. Check your spam or promotions folder
Our confirmation emails sometimes land there. Search for “MisterCoussin” or the sender hello@mistercoussin.com.
2. Give it up to 15 minutes
During busy periods the email can take a few minutes to arrive. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, move to step 3.
3. Double-check the email you used
A typo on checkout (gmial.com instead of gmail.com, for example) is the #1 reason emails don't arrive. Look at your bank statement for the exact date — that's when you paid.
4. Contact us — we'll resend it
Send us your full name and the approximate purchase date. We'll find your order and resend the confirmation manually within a few hours.
