What you can change

• The uploaded image (send us a new one).
• The pillow size (S / M / L).
• The quantity or the free sound description.
• A shipping address that hasn't shipped yet.

How long you have

You have roughly 12 hours after placing the order before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible — we usually catch requests within a few hours.

What we need from you

Your order number (MC-YYYY-XXXX) and a clear description of what to change. If it's a new image, attach it directly.

If production already started

We'll do our best but may not be able to stop the machines. In that case we discuss options: remake at a discount, or keep the current pillow.
